This notice covers information sent through the enquiry form on this site.
Controller and purpose
Yan Dobromyslov in Portugal controls the enquiry data. The purpose is to assess and answer a voluntary business enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interests in responding to people who choose to contact through this site and protecting the form from abuse.
What is collected
The form collects your name, email address, optional page or site URL, problem description, source page, and the Cloudflare Turnstile result needed to limit abuse. Do not submit passwords, customer records, health information, or other sensitive data.
Processors and retention
Supabase stores the submitted form record. Resend provides transactional email delivery. Cloudflare provides site delivery and abuse prevention. Google receives later email correspondence if the enquirer replies.
The submitted form record expires 12 months after submission. Resend's email copy and technical event metadata expire after 30 days. A reply creates separate email correspondence without a fixed mailbox-deletion schedule.
Reuse and rights
Enquiry data is not reused for marketing. You can ask what enquiry data is held, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or raise another privacy question by emailing hello@onpageseocompany.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese data-protection authority or the supervisory authority where you live.
